After-LIFE: LIFE Lagoon Refresh meets the citizens of San Giorgio delle Pertiche (PD) at the "Green Wednesdays"

Not only conferences and scientific workshops, but also meetings with citizens, are an opportunity, even in the After LIFE period, to disseminate the results of the LIFE Lagoon Refresh. During one of the "Green Wednesdays" meetings organized by the Environmental Group of the Municipality of San Giorgio delle Pertiche (PD), on March the 20th, the activities carried out by the Project were presented to the citizens. The water was the main topic of the meetings and, in this context, transitional waters, with their peculiar characteristics and problems, as well as the importance of implementing ecological restoration interventions, such as the LIFE Lagoon Refresh, were topics really appreciated by all citizens. Indeed, soon a trip on field will be organized in September by the Group to see the Venice Lagoon and the Project Area.
